You can generate various reports including: weekly/monthly waste summaries, environmental impact reports for sustainability reporting, ROI analysis, menu optimization recommendations, and custom reports for specific time periods or waste categories.

Our AI recognizes most common food items found in commercial kitchens including raw ingredients, prepared dishes, bakery items, fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and more. For unusual or specialized items, you can add custom categories.
