1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FoodSight services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

FoodSight provides AI-powered food waste monitoring services, including:

  • Scrappy hardware sensors for waste tracking
  • Dashboard and analytics platform
  • Reporting and insights tools
  • Support and consultation services

3. Subscription and Payment

Services are provided on a subscription basis with the following terms:

  • Minimum contract term: 12 months
  • Payment is due monthly in advance
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Hardware remains the property of FoodSight

4. Hardware and Installation

Scrappy hardware is provided as part of your subscription:

  • Hardware remains FoodSight property throughout the contract
  • Installation is performed by authorized technicians
  • Customer must provide suitable power and WiFi connectivity
  • Hardware must be returned upon contract termination

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all waste data collected from your operations. We have a license to use this data to provide services and improve our platform. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for benchmarking and research purposes.

6. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • At the end of the contract term with 30 days notice
  • Immediately for material breach by the other party
  • Early termination may incur fees as specified in your contract

8. Limitation of Liability

FoodSight's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
